Terms of Use
Duo Clash · last updated 8 October 2026
By using Duo Clash you agree to what is below. If you do not, please do not use the app.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13, or older if the law where you live says so. Pair only with someone you know and want to play with.
What you get
A subscription gives you the use of the app for as long as it is active: pairing, video calls inside the games, and every game in the app.
Subscriptions and renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown for your plan.
- An introductory price, where offered, applies to the first period only; after it, the regular price applies.
- Each person has their own subscription; it is not shared with your duo.
- Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. See Apple's refund page.
Zero tolerance for abuse
Duo Clash has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not use your name, picture, words, stakes, voice or video to harass, threaten, or hurt anyone, to show sexual or violent content, to spread hate, or to break the law. You can report or block someone at any time from the app; we review reports within 24 hours and remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Fair use
Do not cheat, take the app apart, interfere with the service or other players, or resell access.
No guarantees
The app is provided as it is. Calls depend on your networks and will not always connect, and games and word checks will sometimes be wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account in the app. We may end access where these terms are broken.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes and the new version appears here. Continuing to use the app means accepting them.
