Duo Clash

Pairing

One of you opens the app and shares the 6-digit code; the other types it in. Each of you needs the app and your own subscription.

The video call won't connect

Check that Duo Clash may use the camera and microphone (iPhone Settings → Duo Clash), then try again. Calls work on Wi-Fi and mobile data; on very strict networks they may take a moment longer.

Restore a subscription

In the app open Settings → Restore purchases, with the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Cancel or change your plan

In the app: Settings → Manage subscription. Or on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Duo Clash. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Report someone

In the app: Settings → Your duo → Report. Reports reach us at once.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. Everything of yours is deleted for good.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
